Worldwide Migration Partners was founded in 2015 by US Immigration Lawyer and Australian Migration Agent, Melissa Vincenty. Over the years the company has continued to grow from strength to strength, and today we employ a team of US immigration lawyers with a combined experience of over 50 years in migration law. We are available to our local and international clients face-to-face, over the phone or via email and video chat.
As migration law specialists, our team not only helps individuals move to the US, but can also provide in-bound services to assist people who want to come in to Australia.
Our friendly and highly experienced team understand that decisions about migration are often difficult, which is why it is important to consider the range of alternatives that may be more suitable.
Here at Worldwide Migration Partners, our main priority is to achieve the best possible outcome for you and your family. As migrants ourselves, we understand how overwhelming the whole process can be and it is our mission to remove the stress and worry surrounding your application.
We will be with you every step of the way and if required, we can also look at creative alternatives to ensure you are able to reach your destination sooner.

Melissa and Clare’s friendship began back in law school, meeting each other at the beginning of their studies at the William S. Richardson School of Law in Honolulu, Hawaii in 1996. Being both Ohio born and having an uncannily similar taste in music and humor, they knew that it was a serendipitous meeting.
Through many lunches at Taco Bell land late-night study sessions in the library, they supported and cheered each other on. After graduation in 1999 they started working in the field of immigration law, eventually sharing an office where they represented victims of the largest labor trafficking case in U.S. history. Melissa would go on to start Worldwide Migration Partners in Sydney, Australia in 2015, while Clare founded Aloha Immigration in Honolulu in 2017. Now, working back together again, they look forward to the future, as their new combined team of dedicated professionals across the world will serve as a powerful resource for our clients.
We look forward to meeting you and helping you obtain your immigration goals.
