How We Help Our Clients
We follow a general process to ensure each client will benefit from our services prior to scheduling a consultation or hiring us for case management.
- Contact our client services team who will work with you and qualify your initial enquiry, asking follow up questions if required. This will ensure we have a detailed understanding of your circumstances and situation.
- If required, this information will be forwarded to a legal professional for preliminary internal review who will assess the information provided and advise if we can help - if consultation would be required to understand the circumstances or situation before we could advise further - or request more information in more complex situations.
- We will discuss this review with you on their advisement, and communicate if any further details are required or would benefit the U.S. Attorney or Australian Migration Agent that you will be working with.
- When you are ready to move forward, we will provide the option to schedule a legal consultation, at a fixed upfront cost - with no set time limit so you will not feel rushed - and our legal professionals will work through the details of your situation over the phone or video chat depending on your preference.
How Do We Conduct Our Consultations?
Your appointed legal professional will schedule a phone call or video chat on a specific date and time that is convenient for both parties.
Prior to this, we will attain more details of your specific circumstances if required for the legal team to assess and let you know of any documents we will need for review and discussion.
We've embraced a modernized, hybrid and technology-based working environment both internally and externally since the very nature of migration involves people being in different locations. We want to provide the best possible experience for clients all over the globe when working with Worldwide Migration Partners so we offer multiple ways to connect with us.
- Phone Call - We will call you at the scheduled time to begin your appointment.
- Video Chat - We can connect with Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Apple Facetime or Skype depending on our client's preference in either video or call-only mode. We will exchange the required details with you prior to consultation and establish a connection with you at the scheduled time.
- In-Person - We are not limited by geo-location in connecting with our clients and though we can offer in-person consultations, these are limited to our legal professionals availability and / or current city and country at the time of the request.
